Trailer |
After Life (ワンダフルライフ ) is a 1998 Japanese film written and directed by Hirokazu Kore-eda. The film centers around a holding area where people go after they die and features interviews with people regarding specific memories from their life, many of which were real and completely unscripted. People are only allowed to bring one memory with them into their next life so a good deal of the film revolves around the deliberation involved in that choice.
