Critical appraisal[]
The Weissers note that Nishimura was one of the most uneven of the directors in Nikkatsu's Roman Porno series, and that his filmography includes flashes of brilliance as well as films which they judge completely worthless. Of this film, they write simply, "This is a bad one."[3]
