Satoshi Shimomoto filmed Misoji kaseifu: Ikase jōzu for Cinema Ark, and Xces released it theatrically in Japan on February 7, 2003.[2] Xces re-released it on October 15, 2010 under the title Helper no jikan: Sukebei na kaigo (ヘルパーの時間 助平な介護).[3]
