Modern Yakuza: Law of the Shameless or The Code of an Outlaw (現代やくざ 与太者の掟 Gendai Yakuza: Yotamono no okite) is a 1969 film directed by Yasuo Furuhata.[1] It is the first film in the Modern Yakuza series.[2]
