Rakuto Tochihara (栩原楽人 Tochihara Rakuto) is a Japanese actor. He is currently represented by JVC Entertainment. His brother is child actor Shouki Tochihara. He is best known for playing Adachi Asumu in the Kamen Rider Hibiki series.
