Toei Company, Ltd. (東映株式会社 Toei Kabushiki-gaisha) is a Japanese film studio which was founded in 1938 and has been responsible for the production and distribution of hundreds of live-action movies over the years as well as being a pioneering studio in Japanese animation. Its headquarters are located in the Ginza district of Tokyo.
